❌ Cancellation Policy

We accept order cancellation requests before the product is shipped or put into production. Upon successful cancellation of your order, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that we are unable to process cancellation requests once the product has already been shipped out.

📦 Return Policy

We welcome product returns in accordance with the following terms: you have the right to apply for a return within 14 days from the date of receiving your product.

Eligibility for Returns:
1. The item must be unused and in the same pristine condition as when you received it.
2. The item must be retained in its original packaging.
3. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process.

For shipping costs related to returns: you will be charged a maximum of one time for shipping fees (including return shipping). No restocking fees will be imposed on consumers for product returns.

💰 Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and carefully inspected by our team, we will send you an email notification to confirm receipt of the return. Subsequently, we will notify you via email whether your refund application has been approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, the corresponding amount will be processed promptly, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of business days.

🔍 Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please follow these steps to troubleshoot:

  1. Double-check your bank account statement for the refund amount.
  2. Contact your credit card company — refunds may take additional time to be officially posted to your account.
  3. Contact your bank directly — there is often a standard processing period before refunds are reflected in your account.
